Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Coordinate with manufacturing and sales teams to ensure alignment of production plans.
Capacity Planning: Analyze current production capacity and future requirements based on sales forecasts and new project pipeline.
Maintain and update planning systems (e.g., MRP) to accurately reflect capacity and project status.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in SAP PP module
Develop strategies to optimize capacity utilization and mitigate bottlenecks.
New Project Planning: Serve as the planning lead for all new product introductions.
Develop detailed project schedules, mass production launch.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, SCM)
Track project progress, identify potential risks, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
