Assistant Manager - Debt Management Services - SME
Job Purpose
To achieve the assigned branch's Debt Management Services targets while ensuring monthly target fulfillment within the specified cost limits. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections target by visiting customers/agencies.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Manage Daily Risk Reports (DRR).

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Track cases individually.

Ensure resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.

Portfolio management.

Debt collection strategy development and execution.

Achievement of assigned targets.

Ensure regulatory compliance.

Reporting and analysis of collection activities.

Risk management.

Team leadership.

Vendor management.

Coordinate with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in debt management services or collections.

Ability to monitor performance and provide regular updates.

Understanding of legal guidelines related to product repossession.

Strong record-keeping and reporting skills.

Experience in handling escalations and resolving issues effectively.

Proficiency in managing Daily Risk Reports (DRR).

Skill in developing and implementing collection strategies.

Experience in portfolio management and case tracking.

Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management.

Strong leadership and vendor management abilities.

Excellent coordination and communication skills with internal and external clients.
