Assistant Manager - Data Science

You will be working as an Assistant Manager in the Data Science domain with 6 to 8 years of experience. The location for this position is Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Your primary responsibilities will include utilizing Machine Learning techniques with Lead Scoring, Prompt Engineering, and Python programming. You will be responsible for stakeholder management and presenting findings to the leadership team. Your key responsibilities will involve data preparation by cleaning, preprocessing, and engineering features from various data sources to ensure usability by ML models. You will work on model development by building, training, and evaluating machine learning models like logistic regression to predict lead conversion probability based on historical data. Additionally, you will focus on model deployment and maintenance by integrating ML models into existing CRM and sales platforms, ensuring continuous updates and optimal performance. Performance analysis will be a crucial aspect where you will monitor model performance, analyze results, and iterate on models to enhance accuracy and effectiveness over time. Prompt Engineering will be another area of focus where you will create effective prompts to elicit desired responses from LLMs using techniques like Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG). You will be responsible for developing and implementing evaluation frameworks to assess the performance of LLMs using quantitative and qualitative metrics. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, along with relevant libraries like scikit-learn, will be essential for this role.
