Responsibilities: - Design and coordinate media campaigns, advertising, and various PR initiatives across print, online, and social media platforms to enhance company visibility - Establish connections with key media organizations and journalists through a strategic blend of traditional, digital, and social channels - Ensure that PR efforts align with both immediate and long-term business objectives - Generate and pitch new ideas, amplify brand content on social media, and stay abreast of industry trends and opportunities - Develop a comprehensive media relations plan with actionable strategies for securing high-level placements - Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure PR campaigns are in sync with strategic goals, growth plans, and new business opportunities - Craft timely press releases and media kits, and guide the social media team in proactive communication - Demonstrate proficiency in leveraging various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, etc. - Exhibit exceptional communication skills with a proven track record in handling marketing, branding, and PR functions Key Skills: - Strong communication skills - Expertise in public relations, corporate communication, and PR strategies Educational Qualification: - Any Graduate Experience & Age: - 2-5 years of PR agency experience or corporate communication experience in the BFSI industry,
