Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement a data-driven content strategy across website, social media, newsletters, campaigns, and blogs.
Lead and mentor a small team of content interns and freelancers.
Craft educational and persuasive content on Ayurveda, wellness, herbal remedies, and lifestyle.
Test, measure, and optimize content for reach, engagement, and retention.

A/B test headlines, formats, and posting schedules.
Analyse performance metrics (views, likes, shares, comments, dwell time).
Recommend improvements based on insights and audience behaviour.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and healthcare teams to align content with business objectives.
Maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice.
Stay updated on Ayurveda trends and health insights to produce relevant content.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field. Masters preferred.
4–7 years of experience in content creation, ideally in wellness, healthcare, or lifestyle brands.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Hands-on experience with content analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
Experience managing or mentoring a content team.
Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media strategy.
Ability to simplify complex health topics for general audiences.
