Assistant Manager Communication Marketing

As an Assistant Manager Communication Marketing at CitiusTech, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing internal communication strategies to promote company values, reinforce culture, and enhance employee engagement. Your responsibilities will include creating and distributing internal communications materials, designing communication campaigns, delivering key leadership messages, supporting organizational changes, managing feedback mechanisms, collaborating with stakeholders, and tracking the effectiveness of communication efforts. With a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the field, you will be based in either Mumbai or Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, project management abilities, proficiency in internal communication tools, and experience in change management communications. Candidates with a background in IT Services from large MNCs will be preferred.
