Job Description 1. JOB DETAILS:Position Title:Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (Circle Quality In charge)Reports to:Regional Quality ManagerDepartment & Division Quality & Food Safety 2. Incorporated in 1995, the Company holds the exclusive master franchise rights from Dominos Pizza Inc. to develop and operate the Dominos Pizza brand in India, Turkey, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal. JOB CONTEXT AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Jubilant FoodWorks is amidst transformation & expansion which will fuel the next level of growth and this creates both challenges and opportunities. While JFL is the largest QSR in the sub-continent, it is set to double in scale & size with a vision towards becoming a Multi Business, Multi Product, Multi Country Operations. Job Purpose: To support in developing and implementing effective Quality and Food Safety Management in the circle/ region in order to deliver tastiest, Safe and best quality Food products. Support Store Operations to perform at the highest levels in Food Safety and Sanitation and to be fanatically focused on Food Quality from the source to the guest. Person shall partner with every department that ensure serving safe food to the guest to protect the brand image and deliver culinary excellence and quality at the Store level. To support implementing and maintaining various quality standards i.e. FSSAI Schedule 4, HACCP, FSMS, preparing the quality Manuals / documents and manage the Quality & Food safety requirements of the Organisation. To support in providing quality products to the internal and external customers through implementation of effective quality assurance process for the in-house and outsourced food products in order to achieve highest customer satisfaction. DescriptionPerformance Indicators Responsible for continuous review, improvement and appropriate action of Health Inspections, Third Party Audits, Recipes, Job Aids, Equipment, Internal Systems, Internal Company Reports and Pest Management Compliance Ensuring the quality compliance of the all incoming raw materials and packing materials as well as for semi-finished and finished goods at Stores including incoming vehicle inspection at store.Number of concerns during production. Also external and internal customer concerns.Implement, and maintain a quality plan to bring company's Quality Management Systems and Policies into compliance with various quality system requirements.Internal / External customer concerns, weekly assessment gaps/IHR and international for assessment.To achieve 5 star rating in Hygiene audit /Participation in CII Food safety awardHACCP, FSMS or relevant certification & its sustenance.Ensuring the right GHP, GMP in and Stores across the region.Risk based store audit (Overall & IHR Score).Responsible for handling product's quality complaints at Circle/ Regional level.Number of external/internal customer concerns (Weekly QA Report) and Complaints closure TAT complianceMonthly Store audit.JFL Store audit score & IHR (Imminent Health Risk) Score-100%. NSF Audit Score->95% & Critical Violations (Zero Critical Violations)Generating MIS out of Monthly QA Score Card, Store Assessment, Weekly QA Report(Customer Complaints), Monthly Departmental PPT Update etc.All the MIS shall be ready by 2th of every monthFollow up with vendor and Supply chain center team regarding any deviation from specs/quality in the raw and packing materials.Business Partner CAPA.Ensuring the proper and effective implementation of the SOPs for production, quality and handling, packing during New Product LaunchCustomer concerns and lab test report for the new product.To explore quality best practices available in any industry.Number of best practices implemented.Knowledge of working in ERP system SAP/ Oracle and other Quality tools viz.: MS Dynamics, FIORI, Power BI, Microsoft.Process compliance 4. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: Internal: All Departments SCC, Regional Operation, Maintenance, Project, HR, Guest Services, Operation Support, Franchise & Training External: Suppliers Labs Pest control agencies Hygiene partners Auditing partners 5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: Bachelor's / Masters / MSC degree in food technology or relevant subject. 2 to 7+ years' experience in Quality Systems Management, TQM, and process improvement concepts. Experience working with a food preferably Bakery industry, QSR or processed food industry. Demonstrated experience in development and implementation of Quality Management System, internal and external audits, implementing HACCP, ISO 22000 and quality system design and remediation.
