Job Description Job Title: Assistant Manager - Architect Location: Greater Noida (West) Salary- 35-40K per month(Negotiable) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our team as an Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading architectural projects and ensuring design excellence. This role requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communication. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion. 2. Develop and implement design standards and best practices. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including construction, engineering, and design. 4. Mentor and guide junior architects and designers. 5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards. 6. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. 7. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and progress. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or related field. 2. Proven experience in architectural project management and leadership. 3. Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations. 4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. 5. Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., Autodesk, Revit, SketchUp).
