Job Description

Role Summary:

This role oversees end-to-end hotel booking operations for employees across domestic and international locations. The candidate will manage travel logistics, relocation processes, and IROP response plans while ensuring cost optimization and policy compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Hotel Booking Operations

Manage centralized hotel bookings for employees.
Monitor room allocation, booking accuracy, and cost optimization.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless travel execution.

Finance & Compliance

Oversee invoice validation, payment tracking, and audit compliance.
Collaborate with finance and procurement teams for smooth operations.

Station Launches & Relocations

Lead hotel contracting and logistics setup for new station launches.
Manage employee relocations including household goods transfer and vendor coordination.
Ensure adherence to relocation SOPs and operational readiness.

IROPs & Contingency Planning

Coordinate and execute IROP response plans for crew and passenger accommodation.
Implement contingency frameworks to ensure business continuity and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
57 years of experience in travel desk operations, crew logistics, or hospitality.
Experience in airline operations preferred.

Skills Required:

Excellent interpersonal and vendor management skills.
Fluent in English; hotel industry background is a plus.
Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and travel management systems.
