Assistant Manager Accounts, Forex & Export Compliance

As an Assistant Manager in Accounts, Forex & Export Compliance at Vaighai Agro Products Limited, your role involves diverse responsibilities across accounting, forex management, export & import documentation, compliance, and regulatory reporting. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Accounting & Reporting** - Prepare monthly MIS reports, Profit & Loss statements, and facilitate management reviews. - Review Trial Balance and collaborate in internal and external audits. - Assist in budgeting, cost control, and internal financial controls maintenance. - **Forex & Banking** - Manage foreign exchange transactions for exports and imports. - Coordinate with banks for remittances and monitor forex rates. - Administer export finance tools like packing credit and working capital limits. - **Export & Import Documentation** - Verify and process export/import documents including Invoices, Shipping Bills, Letter of Credit. - Liaise with banks for export bill realization and regularization. - Handle export benefit schemes such as Advance Authorization and ECGC. - **Compliance & Regulatory Reporting** - Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies like RBI, FEMA, DGFT, and Customs. - File returns for ECGC, Coir Board, and other export-related agencies. - Timely filing of statutory returns including TDS, GST, and other tax compliances. **Qualification & Experience:** - **Required Skills & Competencies** - Strong knowledge of export documentation and foreign exchange regulations. - Proficiency in accounting principles and statutory compliance. - Experience in ERP systems and financial reporting tools. - Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong coordination skills. - Working knowledge of RBI, FEMA, DGFT & Customs procedures preferred. - **Qualification & Experience** - B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferred. - 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounts, forex, and export operations.
