Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Accounts (Claims Management) located in Bengaluru. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing claims, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, verifying and processing claims, m

    anage shortage, damage, expiry, and quality-related claims PAN India, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.

    The Assistant Manager will also be involved in identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices for efficient claims management.

Qualifications

  • Experience in claims management, accounting, and financial reporting
  • Processed customer claims related to shortages, damages, expiries, and quality concerns.
  • Create and maintain individual reports in Advanced Excel to support operational and sales decisions.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Working experience in SAP must
  • Experience in Operations and Operations Management
  • Proficiency in verifying and processing claims related to shortages, damages, expiries, and quality concerns. and maintaining accurate records
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and compliance regulations
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Ability to prepare financial reports and assist in audits
  • Analytical skills for identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in the FMCG, Healthcare or Wellness industry is a plus
  • Proven ability to work effectively in an on-site role
