Assistant - Maintenance

· Perform and maintain the production machine & Utility equipment in good and working condition.

· Perform and maintain the 11 KV switch yard, Transformer, 11 KV Substation production machine & Utility equipment in good and working condition

· Carrying out preventive maintenance, Breakdown maintenance and predictive maintenance of machines & utility equipment

· Measure, monitor & control plant energy consumption.

· Modification on machines for better performance.

· Maintaining the spare parts for machine.

· Explore & implement ways to reduce the energy consumption of the plant.

· Updating data in SAP system. (BM, PM & IM)

· Installation & Commissioning of new machines in plant.

· Area wise cost analysis.

· Raise purchase requisitions as when required.

· Do the follow up with vendors/suppliers to get the ordered items in time.

· Discuss with Vendors for repair/modification works by external agencies.

· Monitoring of Engineering goods stock and issue, Control the shift technicians and

Provide training to them

· Monitoring of ETP/STP

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
