Role Description

Execute daily operations related to RAA assignments, includingdata collection, documentation, and support activities, with a strong focus onaccuracy, timelines, and learning.

Key Result Areas:

1.Accurate and Timely Audit Execution

100%of assigned audit tasks completed on or before deadline, with rework fromreviewers.

Performwalkthroughs, test controls, and gather audit evidence as per the auditprogram.

Assistin identifying control gaps and drafting audit observations with root cause andrecommendations.

2.Quality of Audit Documentation

• 95%compliance with internal documentation standards (work papers, evidence,formats).

Ensureall work is properly documented and ready for review with minimalback-and-forth.

3.CA Trainees - Training & Support

Traineefeedback rating and successful onboarding of new interns.

Guidetrainees on audit methodology, documentation practices, and clientcommunication.

Supportperformance feedback and on-the-job training during assignments.

4.Communication & Collaboration

Maintainstrong working relationships with team members and client POCs with zeroescalations.

Provideregular status updates to managers and flag roadblocks proactively.

Attendclient meetings with seniors/managers and summarize discussions for action.

5.Learning & Development

Completemandatory technical trainings and demonstrate knowledge application in audits.

Keepupdated with changes in auditing standards, internal control frameworks, andregulatory updates.
