???? What You&aposll Do:

Work directly with the CEO to handle a wide range of operational and creative responsibilities:

1. Refine & Enhance Company Profiles

Improve and update our social media and portfolio presence

Design clean, professional thumbnails, banners, and company assets

2. Automate & Integrate Business Systems

Schedule marketing emails and social media posts

Build forms (Google Forms, surveys, job applications, etc.)

Automate workflows via tools like Google Suite, GitHub/Perforce, n8n

3. Assist the CEO with Daily Operations

Draft, organize, and manage company documents

Triage and send emails requiring human oversight

Deliver daily and weekly summary reports

4. Strategic Brainstorming (When Priority Tasks Are Completed)

Research trends in Game, AI, and IT sectors

Generate ideas for social media growth and audience engagement

???? Must-Have Skills:

Excellent spoken & written English

Strong communication & proactive work ethic

Google Docs, Sheets, Forms proficiency

Basic experience with Photoshop or Affinity

Experience designing social media or portfolio graphics

Familiarity with automation/scheduling tools

Exposure to GitHub, Git, or Perforce

Experience using n8n for workflow automation

Social media growth/community management experience

Awareness of trends in Game Dev, AI, and IT sectors

Fluency in additional languages
