Role & Responsibilities: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in designing logos, icons, branding elements, and other visual assets that communicate our brand identity and enhance user experience across digital and print platforms. Develop and set state-of-the-art validation approaches and standards adhering to current and upcoming regulatory requirements. Ensure implementation of these standards in particular through review and pre-approval of validation reports. Present and defend work in internal committees. Pro-actively engage in management of Model Risk to assure Model Risk requirements. Additionally, support, coach and guide new and established team members and closely engage with stakeholders from Risk, Finance, IT and Business. Key Responsibilities: Create creative and original illustrations for products, ensuring consistency with brand aesthetics. Design intentional and functional layouts for print materials (planners, packaging, templates, books). Develop cohesive designs and visual assets that could be used for branding, product design, or marketing. Ensure brand consistency across all designs, maintaining high-quality standards. Collaborate with the team on creative concepts, storyboarding, and brainstorming sessions. Requirements: Strong portfolio showcasing illustration, layout design, and branding work. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, or Affinity Suite. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
