Pro at AutoCAD -shd be able to design (concept to working dwg), able to explain and discuss the same with client and contractor, get the same executed ON SITE as well
Material knowledge & selection will also an important part of the job
Revit/BIM (will be a big advantage, not a compulsion)
Communication skills are a MUST
