Organization- Grand Hyatt Kochi Summary You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Human Resources Manager is responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Personnel Department in the Human Resources Division, assisting the Director of Human Resources or Human Resources Manager with the implementation of Hyatt's People Philosophy throughout the hotel. Qualifications Ideally with a university Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or Hospitality/Tourism Management. Minimum 1 year work experience as Assistant Human Resources Manager or 2 years' experience as Assistant Manager-Human Resources in larger operation. Show more Show less
