Assistant General Manager - Quality

As an Assistant General Manager Quality at Naxnova Technologies Private Limited's Pelhar Plant in Vasai, your primary role involves driving the implementation and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems in line with IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, and VDA 6.3 standards, particularly within the Automotive domains. Your responsibilities will include: - Strong & practical knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 & ISO 9001:2015 standard implementation. - Developing & implementing quality management strategies to meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements. - Establishing quality standards, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistent quality across all operations/plants. - Planning & conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with the QMS. - Coordinating & supporting external QMS audits from certification bodies and customers. - Monitoring and improving customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and feedback. - Identifying, assessing, and managing risks associated with quality and compliance. - Establishing, monitoring & analyzing Plant KPIs and quality objectives to identify areas for improvement. - Developing and delivering training programs to ensure employees are aware of QMS requirements & best practices. - Establishing and maintaining supplier quality management processes. - Owning the implementation, configuration, and management of new electronic PLM and QMS application software. - Monitoring and reporting on relevant KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness of the QMS. Qualifications required for this role include: - Engineering graduate B.E / B.Tech or M.Tech in Electrical / Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Biomedical or related engineering discipline. - 10+ years of relevant experience in Quality. - Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 & VDA 6.3 Standards. - Knowledge of Manufacturing and process control. - Awareness of Environment management system and Health and Safety management systems. - Knowledge of quality core-tools, Problem-solving techniques, and supervisory skills for resources management.,
