Assistant General Manager / General Manager- Land Acquisition and Liasoning

As an Assistant General Manager or General Manager at Dhar Cement Works, Manawar, you are expected to have a work experience ranging from 10-15 years along with qualifications in LLB & LLM. Proficiency in English and Hindi languages is required for effective communication. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise land acquisition and purchase activities, including verifying purchase plans, conducting site visits, and ensuring the accuracy of khasra numbers, maps, and revenue records. Negotiating land valuations, obtaining purchase approvals, preparing land documents, and registering sale deeds will also fall under your purview. Furthermore, you will be tasked with ensuring possession and mutation of land, resolving land and mining-related matters, and handling negotiations and disputes pertaining to land issues. Maintaining harmonious relationships with villagers and authorities through regular visits, attending court proceedings related to land issues, and filing written statements on behalf of management will be crucial aspects of your role. Your role will also involve ensuring demarcation and possession of purchased land, along with proactively handling any land-related matters that may arise.,
