Co-ordinate and Supervise Administration of Hospital, participation in Government & rural development medical activities and provide medical treatment to employees and their dependents to enable them contribute effectively to the productivity of the Unit and building social imageJob Context & Major Challenges
Job Context
Rajashree Cement is maintaining a hospital for out-patient service for staff , workmen , and their families also to Annexure A contract workmen. The hospital is equipped with X-Ray, ECG, Ultrasound Scanning, Spirometer, audiometer; laboratory; telemedicine; etc., for diagnosis. The cases are referred to outside hospital on need basis. Visit of specialists is arranged on alternate Sundays for specialised attention, e.g., ENT, Eye, skin, Ophthalmology, Gynaecology, etc. The hospital participates in conducting eye camps, dental check up, leprosy and TB detection, etc., on behalf of Kagina Jan Seva Trust. These facilities are also extended to local villagers on need basis. Regular health check ups for employees are conducted throughout the year.Job Challenges
