Assistant finance manager

As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial transactions in compliance with accounting principles and policies. Your duties will include preparing financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Additionally, you will lead the month-end closing process, conduct monthly financial forecasts, and manage compliance requirements related to GST and Income tax. You will be tasked with monitoring cash flow, ensuring proper cash management, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making. It will be your responsibility to oversee the implementation and utilization of ERP systems for efficient financial and management reporting. Furthermore, you will work closely with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate completion of audits and implement internal control measures to mitigate financial risks and prevent fraud. The ideal candidate for this position should have a CA Inter/Mcom qualification with 2-5 years of relevant work experience. Experience in Tally or other accounting software is preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for both experienced professionals and freshers.
