    Junior Assistant Designer / Fashion Intern
Label Earthen Hyderabad   Objective: To assist in digital and creative functions of the studio including order management, graphic design, cataloging, and online partner coordination while upholding the visual and functional standards of the brand. 1   Order & Production Coordination Track and organize all incoming client and channel partner orders. Create and maintain printable measurement sheets and order forms. Coordinate with the production team to ensure timelines are met. ¢ Maintain a production tracker and update status regularly. ¢ 2   Lookbook & Line Sheet Creation Assist in designing and updating: ¢ - Lookbooks for new collections ¢ - Line sheets and product decks for buyers or partners ¢ - Moodboards for internal or marketing use ¢ Ensure brand consistency in format, layout, and naming structure. ¢ 3   Vendor Panel Management (Online Partners) Upload product details (images, pricing, sizing) on vendor portals (Nykaa Fashion, Ajio, etc.). ¢ Maintain accuracy across SKUs, images, copy, and stocks. ¢ Make timely updates to collections, offers, and rejections (as needed). ¢ 4   Client & Sales Enquiry Support Respond to sales or style queries via WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and email. ¢ Share fabric options, product images, or order updates professionally. ¢ Flag customisation or production requests to the core team. ¢ 5   Graphic Design for Marketing Design creatives for: ¢ - Instagram posts/stories ¢ - Emailers or product highlights ¢ - New arrivals, behind-the-scenes, or client testimonials ¢ Use Canva or Adobe tools (Photoshop/Illustrator) as per brand guidelines. ¢ 6   Styling & Product Archiving Help with flatlay styling or product steaming before photoshoots. ¢ Archive product photos and videos in organised folders (by style/SKU). ¢

Maintain a visual record for client reference, feedback, or approvals.
¢ 7   Documentation & Admin Maintain an updated Google Drive or folder system for all creative assets. ¢ Assist in basic packaging elements (tags, notes, etc.). ¢ Prepare internal reports when needed (sales styles, collection highlights, etc.). ¢   Key Requirements Proficiency in: Canva, Excel, Photoshop (or Illustrator) compulsory ¢ Strong organisational and communication skills ¢ Fashion/Textile/Graphic Design background preferred ¢ Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a growing brand ¢
