Assistant Fashion Consulant

We are franchisees of leading brands including Raymond, Raymond Made to Measure, Jockey (total 6 showrooms in Kochi), wholesale distributors of ITC Ltd. (FMCG and cigarettes), All-Kerala Stockists of Firstcry.com, Multi-seller flex warehouse operator of Amazon, and are spearheaded by various firms. We employ over 400 staff and are based out of Ernakulam District. We are launching our new store of a leading branded Ladies clothing in MG Road, Kochi, Kerala, and are looking for passionate fashion consultants to join our dynamic team. Role: Fashion Consultant (Senior and Junior) Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere in the store. Understand customer preferences and provide expert fashion and styling consultation tailored to individual client needs. Assist customers in selecting outfits and styling complete looks. Stay up to date with current fashion trends and brand collections and seasonal collections. Ensure visual merchandising and display standards are met. Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent after-sales service. Maintain store cleanliness and assist in daily operational tasks. Work as part of a team to meet store sales targets. Provide expert fashion and styling consultation tailored to individual client needs. Assist high-value customers and VIP clientele with a personalized shopping experience. Handle customer issues with professionalism and care. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design / Fashion Technology / Fashion Styling or a related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion retail or styling Skills Required: Excellent styling and fashion sense. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is required; Hindi or Telugu is an advantage. Energetic, presentable, and customer-focused.
