Assistant Event Coordinator

As an Assistant Event Coordinator intern at Best Events & Entertainment, you will play a crucial role in supporting event planning, client communication, customer service, event management, and sales activities. Your responsibilities will include assisting with various aspects of event coordination to ensure the successful execution of events. To excel in this role, you should have a strong foundation in event planning and management, excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as sales acumen. Collaborating effectively with team members remotely is essential, requiring you to demonstrate strong organizational and time management abilities. While prior experience in the events industry is advantageous, it is not mandatory. However, candidates currently pursuing or holding a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field will be preferred. Being based in Bareilly or nearby and having access to personal transportation are also necessary requirements for this position.
