Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented MBBS-qualified Assistant Doctor to support our MD Dermatologist in hair transplant and aesthetic dermatology procedures. This hands-on clinical role is perfect for someone aspiring to specialize in trichology , aesthetic medicine , or cosmetic dermatology . Key Responsibilities Assist the dermatologist during hair transplant surgeries (FUE/FUT/DHI) Support in pre-operative preparation and post-operative care Participate in PRP , mesotherapy , and scalp-related treatments Conduct supervised patient consultations and provide preliminary medical advice Monitor and document patient vitals, medical history , and treatment progress Maintain sterility , ensure proper setup of instruments and procedure areas Collaborate with both clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure seamless patient care Accurately maintain patient records and reports Learn and gradually perform select aesthetic procedures under supervision Requirements MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution Valid Medical License (MCI or State Medical Council registration) Keen interest in hair restoration , aesthetic dermatology , or cosmetic medicine Strong clinical judgment , communication , and interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced , patient-focused clinical setting Basic computer proficiency (MS Office); familiarity with EMR/clinic software is an advantage Preferred (Not Mandatory) Skills Experience assisting in minor surgeries or dermatological procedures Understanding of hair transplant methods (FUE/FUT techniques) Exposure to PRP , skin rejuvenation , or aesthetic treatments Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
