About the Role

Chai Waale is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to strengthen our franchise expansion and business development efforts. The role involves identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads through research and digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and data mining to identify prospective franchise partners and business clients.
• Utilise a suite of tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, Hunter.io, and Skrapp.io, among others, for targeted lead generation and data enrichment across various platforms.
• Qualify leads based on business criteria and hand them over to the Business Development team for closure.
• Maintain accurate lead records and campaign reports.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to align with brand objectives and expansion targets.

Required Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2 to 5 years of experience in lead generation, preferably within the B2B, franchise, or QSR sectors.
• Expertise in utilizing CRM software and automated lead generation tools.
• Strong communication skills and analytical mindset.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of independent execution.
• Passionate about contributing to the growth of a fast-scaling food & beverage brand.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
