ASSISTANT DIRECTOR – FILM PROMOTIONS

Duration: Freelance (Approx. 3 Months – Only on required days)
Pay: ₹1,000/day (slightly negotiable for experienced candidates)

About the Role:

We're looking for a smart and reliable Assistant Director (Promotions) to assist the director/producer during the release and promotional campaign of McGuffin, an upcoming feature film releasing in cinemas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with cinemas, distributors, brand partners, actors, and audience groups
• Handle scheduling, research, communication, and backend logistics
• Shoot and manage behind-the-scenes, interview, and reaction videos
• Assist with digital promotions and content planning
• Video editing skills are a bonus

Requirements:

• Must have own laptop
• Excellent spoken English & strong communication
• Must be extremely sharp and independent – able to manage things even without supervision
• Strong organizational & management skills
• Film experience or film school background preferred
• Freshers may apply (lower pay may apply based on profile)
• Must be presentable, punctual, and detail-oriented
