As the Assistant Director/Deputy Director Brand at Pearl Academy, you will play a crucial role in driving the branding strategy for the institution. You will be part of GUS Global Services, the Indian arm of Global University Systems, and work closely with academic partners such as UPES. Your strategic thinking and innovative approach will be instrumental in shaping the future of learning in the higher education sector. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute branding, communication, and media strategies in alignment with organizational objectives. - Plan and implement integrated marketing initiatives to drive business growth. - Manage external agencies to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. - Conduct consumer research to generate insights across multiple target groups. - Lead end-to-end creative development across campaigns and platforms. - Track, measure, and present campaign performance and impact metrics. Location: Gurgaon & Delhi Experience: 10 - 12 years in leading marketing for future-focused organizations in industries like FMCG, hospitality, healthcare, luxury automobiles, real estate, or retail.
