Assistant / Deputy Manger

As an SMT/MLB Equipment Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to achieve goals aligned with cost, quality, and delivery requirements. You will review and determine material, equipment, and manpower resource needs, coordinating maintenance activities with other functional groups like engineering and operations. Developing and selecting personnel to ensure efficient departmental function is also a key aspect of your role. Your key responsibilities will include: - Programming and Troubleshooting of SMT Machines such as ASM Paste Printer, SPI, Mounters, Reflow Profiling, Router, Glue Dispensing, and LASER Marking Machines. - Demonstrating a strong understanding of PCBA/SMT Machines Process. - Applying basic knowledge of industry-standard testing procedures and quality control practices. - Having a strong knowledge of Documentation including PM Checklist, Machines WI, and System Procedures. - Conducting CP/CPK study of all SMT machines in line. - Implementing all equipment preventive maintenance as per the PM schedule and PM procedure. - Providing advice to engineers from production operations to enhance efficiency and quality. - Performing any other duties as assigned by your supervisor to assist the operation. This role requires 12-18 years of experience and is based in Hosur.
