After-Sales Service Manager (Asst/Deputy/Manager)

We are looking for passionate and skilled professionals for the following roles:

• Provide

  after-sales service & customer support

  for Sugarcane Harvesters
• Ensure timely

  breakdown & preventive maintenance

  at customer sites
• Handle

  dealer service operations

  and coordinate warranty claims
• Train and support dealer technicians on

  machine operation & maintenance

• Monitor machine performance, resolve customer issues, and ensure

  high uptime

• Implement

  service KPIs, SOPs, and customer satisfaction initiatives

• Diploma / B.E. in

  Agriculture / Mechanical / Automobile Engineering

• 5 -10 years of

  service experience

  in farm equipment, construction machinery, or related industries
• Strong knowledge of

  hydraulics, engines, and harvesting technology

• Customer-focused with problem-solving mindset
• Willingness to travel extensively during the harvest season
