Job Description

As an Assistant Customer Relationship Manager, your job will be to help customers when they visit center to buy a car.
Your role includes:

Understanding customer needs (what kind of car they want, budget, preferences).
Suggesting the right cars that match those needs.
Talking confidently about features, prices, offers, etc.
Helping them take the right decision.
Sometimes, also negotiating and closing the deal.

They are looking for someone who is:

Hardworking and smart.
Good at talking to people and understanding what they want.
Able to think logically and solve problems.
Has some experience in customer service (like in a showroom, sales, or customer support).
Result-oriented – meaning, you care about actually helping customers and making sure they’re happy with the service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
