Job Description

Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time Assistant Brand Manager Marketing for Solino Home, located in Mumbai. Your main responsibilities will include implementing brand strategies, coordinating marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and assisting in product development. You will also be analyzing consumer behavior to ensure alignment with brand goals and working closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and executing annual brand plans tailored for a D2C-first business model - Support the positioning of the brand as a leader in design, quality, and lifestyle inspiration within home furnishings - Identify consumer insights and trends in home decor and online shopping to inform marketing strategies - Plan and execute digital-first campaigns across performance marketing, social media, influencer partnerships, and content marketing - Collaborate with creative and digital agencies to produce engaging visual and written content aligned with the brand's aesthetic - Monitor campaign KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions, ROAS) and provide recommendations for optimization - Assist in new product development, launches, and online merchandising - Coordinate with design, sourcing, and e-commerce teams to ensure smooth product rollouts - Enhance online shopping experience through storytelling, product content, and lifestyle imagery - Track brand and product performance across website, marketplaces, and social channels - Analyze customer data, conversion funnels, and repeat purchase patterns to derive actionable insights - Monitor the competitive landscape in home furnishings and D2C space - Work closely with e-commerce, sales, design, supply chain, and customer support teams - Coordinate influencer collaborations, affiliate programs, and digital partnerships Qualifications: - Brand management and marketing strategy skills - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred) - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills - Experience in market research and consumer behavior analysis - Strong communication, both written and verbal - Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Experience in the home textiles industry is a plus - US marketing experience a plus - 4-8 years of experience in brand management and marketing preferred - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for brand building,
