Assistant Branch Manager (Gold Loan)

As a Gold Loan Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to pitch Gold loans to existing liability customers. You will be expected to ensure month-on-month growth in Execution Only Platform (EOP) Assets for Gold loan business per branch. Regular customer follow-ups are crucial to timely renewal of cases and to minimize renewal pending cases. You will need to coordinate with valuers on a regular basis and ensure healthy collections with Nil First Equally Monthly Installment (FPD) while minimizing fresh flow in Bucket. Familiarity with Priority Sector Lending (PSL) norms and effective PSL Tagging are essential aspects of this role. Supporting the branch liability team during audits, maintaining proper communication with customers before any packet opening, and conducting marketing activities in the local market to generate New-To-Bank (NTB) gold loan customers are also part of your duties. Flexibility and willingness to work extensively in the field, travel across the region on short notice, and carry out ad-hoc activities as required by the department are key expectations for this position.
