The academy focuses on advancing inclusive, neurodevelopmentally-informed care through evidence-based programs in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), early childhood intervention, and caregiver training. Mindspace Academy aims to empower professionals, parents, and community leaders with knowledge, tools, and culturally responsive practices to provide high-quality developmental care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental conditions. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Behavior Technician at Mindspace Academy. The Assistant Behavior Technician will be responsible for supporting Behavior Technicians in implementing ABA therapy programs, collecting data on client progress, assisting in behavior assessments, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans.
