Assistant Badminton Coach

Facility & Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the academy, including courts and common areas
• Monitor and coordinate repairs and daily upkeep of equipment and infrastructure

Administration

• Collect coaching fees from students and issue receipts
• Maintain student attendance and registration records
• Monitor and manage sports inventory and supplies

Coaching & Court Oversight (if applicable)

• Conduct or assist with basic badminton coaching sessions
• Ensure disciplined and safe usage of courts

Student & Parent Interaction

• Address parent/student queries about classes, fees, or facility use
• Provide a friendly and helpful presence on-site

Residence & Availability

• Mandatory residential stay at the academy (1 RK accommodation provided)
• Be available 24/7 for facility supervision and emergencies

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in facility management, admin, or basic coaching preferred
• Physically fit, proactive, and dependable
• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Willing to stay full-time at the facility

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹20,000
• Accommodation: 1 RK house provided at the facility
• Utilities: Water and electricity included
