Assistant / Associate - Batch Manufacturing

As a Manufacturing Operator, your role will involve attending training sessions as per the schedule and applying the knowledge gained in Training Needs Identification (TNI). You will be responsible for monitoring and performing activities within the Manufacturing area, maintaining logs, Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), and other relevant documents following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Adhering to the preventive maintenance schedule for machinery, instruments, and equipment - Ensuring cleaning and sanitization of machinery and equipment in the manufacturing area - Conducting line clearance activities before operations - Performing Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Steam-in-Place (SIP) of Vessel operations - Operating specific machinery like the Manufacturing Vessel and CIP module - Reporting any observations or disturbances in the aseptic area promptly - Maintaining personal hygiene, cleanliness, and following SOPs while documenting activities - Keeping the Unit Area File (UAF) up to date and operational - Ensuring compliance with cGMP, Good Documentation Practices, and maintaining discipline within the department Qualifications required for this role are: - ITI/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - Experience of 3-6 years - Skilled Operator needed for CIP & SIP of Vessel, Filter integrity checks, and Batch manufacturing activities - Prior experience in the aseptic area for Manufacturing Injectable Products is preferred If you meet the qualifications and possess the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply for this position and contribute effectively to our manufacturing operations.,
