Assistant / Associate - Batch Manufacturing

Role Overview: As a Manufacturing Operator, your main responsibility will be to attend scheduled training sessions and apply the knowledge gained in Training Needs Identification (TNI) to monitor and perform all activities within the Manufacturing area. You will be required to maintain logs, Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), and other relevant documents according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Your role will also involve adhering to preventive maintenance schedules for machinery, instruments, and equipment, as well as overseeing cleaning and sanitization processes. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and perform all activities within the Manufacturing area - Maintain logs, Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), and other relevant documents as per SOPs - Adhere to preventive maintenance schedules for machinery, instruments, and equipment - Oversee cleaning and sanitization processes for machinery and equipment - Conduct line clearance activities before operations - Perform Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Steam-in-Place (SIP) of Vessel operations - Operate specific machinery such as the Manufacturing Vessel and CIP module - Promptly report any observations or disturbances in the aseptic area to the relevant supervisor - Maintain personal hygiene, cleanliness, and follow SOPs while documenting all activities - Ensure the Unit Area File (UAF) is up to date and operational - Comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices - Maintain discipline within the department Qualification Required: - ITI/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - 3-6 years of experience - Skilled Operator needed for CIP & SIP of Vessel, Filter integrity checks, and Batch manufacturing activities - Prior experience in the aseptic area for Manufacturing Injectable Products is preferred If you meet the qualifications and possess the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply for this position and contribute to our manufacturing operations effectively.,
