Assistant Accountant

As a Financial Records Manager for the e-commerce operations, your role involves managing and maintaining accurate financial records using Tally Prime. You will be responsible for handling daily bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliations. Additionally, you will monitor and categorize all financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance. Generating regular reports to provide insights into the financial health of the business will also be a key part of your responsibilities. It is essential to stay updated on accounting principles, e-commerce trends, and relevant regulations to excel in this role. Qualifications Required: - Proven expertise in using Tally software for accounting and bookkeeping - Experience working with e-commerce businesses is preferred - Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping - Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software The company also offers additional benefits such as paid time off, cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, health insurance, life insurance, and provident fund.
