Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with clients for pending payments through calls, messages, and office/site visits.
Coordinate with clients regarding outstanding invoices and payment commitments.
Maintain daily accounts records, payment entries, receipts, and expense details.
Assist in maintaining books of accounts using Tally.
Prepare and update payment follow-up reports and outstanding payment statements.
Maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.
Coordinate with the internal team regarding billing, collections, and payment updates.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of Tally and accounting entries.
Basic understanding of invoices, receipts, and payment records.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for client visits and payment follow-ups.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and record management.

Experience: 0–2 years; candidates with basic Tally knowledge and good communication skills may apply.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
