Need B.Com / BBA graduates with proficient computer skills and knowledge of Tally, Microsoft Office with Good communication skills for the post of Office Assistant .

Work Place – Pashan Road ( pincode 411008)

The candidate should be positive, smart, energetic and ready to learn and perform for the company. The salary would be decided after evaluating the candidate.

The candidates staying nearby would be preferred as they would have to manage their own commute to work.

Account Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Recording Financial Transactions: Accurately entering and recording financial data into accounting systems, including sales, purchases, and expenses.
Invoice and Payment Processing: Processing invoices, verifying payments, and reconciling vendor statements.
Maintaining Financial Records: Keeping accurate records of financial transactions, including ledgers, journals, and reports.
Assisting with Financial Reporting: Helping senior accountants prepare financial reports,
Administrative Support: Handling general administrative tasks like answering phones, responding to emails, and filing documents.
Data Entry: Entering financial data into spreadsheets and databases.
Bank Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements with company records.
Payroll Processing: Assisting with payroll preparation and processing.

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
