Salary: 22,000 to 25,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible Assistant Accountant to handle Banking and other departmental works outside, day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support billing, payments, and other accounts-related operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
Handle sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and expense entries.
Prepare and verify invoices and bills.
Manage GST-related entries and documentation.
Perform bank reconciliation and cash reconciliation.
Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding payments and accounts.
Assist in monthly closing and preparation of reports.
Maintain proper documentation of all accounts-related transactions.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of Tally / Accounting Software.
Knowledge of GST and basic taxation.
Good MS Excel skills.
Strong understanding of accounting principles.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
