Assistant Accountant

As an Accounts Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, assisting in financial document preparation, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include: - Maintaining day-to-day financial records and updating accounting systems. - Assisting in preparing invoices, bills, and other financial documents. - Supporting month-end and year-end close processes. - Reconciling bank statements and vendor accounts. - Assisting with internal and external audits. - Communicating effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams. - Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures. To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: - B.Com degree (2023 or 2024 pass-out only). - Good understanding of basic accounting concepts. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc., is a plus). - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. - Attention to detail and good organizational skills. While not mandatory, the following skills and experiences are preferred: - Internship or project experience in finance/accounting. - Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other tax-related processes.
