Assistant Accountant

Accounts Executive - Male Candidate only

Roles & Responsibilities

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficient in Tally Prime – Tally knowledge is mandatory
• Excel proficiency – Strong working knowledge required
• GST & TDS knowledge – Must have hands-on experience
• Two-wheeler is a must – for local travel and errands
• Candidates from the local area are preferred
• Experience in handling accounts for Manufacturing Industries will be given priority

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Tally billing, including:
• E-Invoice generation
• E-Way bill creation
• Responsible for documentation and record keeping
• Purchase order preparation and purchase entry with inventory
• Prepare and maintain daily reports
• Handle bank-related work
• Perform journal entries in Tally
• Manage petty cash transactions
• Reconcile sundry creditors and debtors
• Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS)
• Update and verify stock details daily and conduct monthly stock audits
• Assist with quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly closing & reconciliation
• Demonstrate multi-tasking ability and coordinate with multiple departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
