It is Operations that develops and manages the processes and controls enabling business flow for every new product launch and trade execution. The firms direct-to-consumer business, Marcus by Goldman Sachs, combines entrepreneurial spirit with over 150 years of experience. Serving millions of customers across multiple products, leveraging innovative design, data, engineering, and core capabilities to provide customers with powerful and transparent tools and products. As a facilitator for the Marcus Call Center, your role involves conducting instructor-led training sessions. Responsibilities include facilitating training designed by Instructional Designers, optimizing training processes, utilizing various learning techniques, supporting participation, managing disruptive behavior, maintaining class rosters and completion reports in the learning management system (LMS), planning and scheduling learning programs, and creating breakout groups. Basic qualifications for this role include excellent communication skills, critical and creative thinking abilities, and effective time management skills. Preferred qualifications include at least 2 years of experience in facilitation and instructional design, familiarity with using and managing an LMS, and prior experience in Call Center and FinTech Services.
