Responsibilities include facilitating training designed by Instructional Designers, optimizing training processes, utilizing various learning techniques, supporting participation, managing disruptive behavior, maintaining class rosters and completion reports in the learning management system (LMS), planning and scheduling learning programs, and creating breakout groups. Basic qualifications for this role include excellent communication skills, critical and creative thinking abilities, and effective time management skills. Preferred qualifications include at least 2 years of experience in facilitation and instructional design, familiarity with using and managing an LMS, and prior experience in Call Center and FinTech Services.
