Our clients are financial entities including investment banks, commercial banks, mortgage companies, government agencies and mortgage insurers Post US Mortgage Underwriter - Credit Location - Bangalore & Pune - WORK FROM OFFICE Job Shift - Night (7 Pm to 5 Am) - 5 Days a Week Saturday & Sunday Off Transport Travelling to be Managed by Self Immediate joiners preferred Good exposure to work and good salary Required Skills & Job Responsibilities U.S. Mortgage Underwriter: 2 or more years of experience in U.S. residential mortgage underwriting. Strong understanding of U.S. residential mortgage products and investor guidelines. Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with a focus on maintaining data integrity and accuracy in all underwriting documentation and systems. Ability to analyze credit reports, income documents, asset statements, and property appraisals to ensure compliance with investor guidelines. Strong working knowledge of 4Cs & Income Calculation Experience r eviewing and verifying W-2s, pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements, appraisal reports, and other documentation. S killed in evaluating borrower credit reports, calculating DTI (Debt-to-Income) ratios, and calculation various income types (base, self-employment, rental income). Strong attention to identifying red flags and applying risk-based decision-making. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
