Asset Servicing and Tax Support Processor

As an Asset Servicing and Tax Support Processor at HSBC, your role will involve developing and maintaining process-specific SOPs and JAMs. You will provide training and create on-the-job training/cross-training plans, actively participate in and support HSS projects, and assist in Business Continuity planning. Your responsibilities will also include updating and monitoring daily deliverable trackers, delivering effective on-the-job training, and supporting strategic projects by providing SME knowledge and assisting in system/product testing and client process migrations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain process-specific SOPs and JAMs - Provide training and create on-the-job training/cross-training plans - Support Business Continuity planning - Update and monitor daily deliverable trackers - Deliver effective on-the-job training and track trainee progress - Support strategic projects by providing SME knowledge and assisting in new system/product testing - Drive training as per BCP cross-training plans - Ensure timely allocation of work and prepare KPI and MI reporting Qualifications Required: - At least one year of relevant experience in Fund Administration Services - Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a professional qualification such as ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CISI, AAT, or CMA - Experience in relevant account platforms and reconciliation platforms - Reasonable understanding of alternative investment industry and derivative instruments - Ability to identify and resolve complex fund issues - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent spoken and written English - Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Join HSBC and discover how valuable your contributions can be.
