What would you do We are looking for a skilled Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate & Automation Systems Specialist to drive digital transformation through data reporting, process automation, and operational technology integration. This role blends expertise in Microsoft Power Platform tools with knowledge of industrial systems to create smart, efficient, and data-driven business solutions.Develop and maintain insightful Power BI dashboards and reports for operational and business stakeholders.Create data models from SQL databases, Excel, cloud sources, or industrial platforms.Integrate real-time production data (from SCADA, MES, or IoT systems) into dashboards for visibility and analytics.

What are we looking for Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (Preferred), or in Automation, or related field.35 years of experience with Power BI, SharePoint, and Power Automate.Exposure to industrial environments, manufacturing systems, or process automation (non-electrical).Strong command of Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data visualization, performance tuning).Strong command of Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data visualization, performance tuning).Proficient in SharePoint Online site creation and customization.Expertise in building workflows with Power Automate across Microsoft 365 tools.Familiarity with OT data platforms (SCADA, MES, IoT gateways) and data connectors like OPC UA, MQTT.Working knowledge of SQL and Excel for data preparation.Data Governance & Security understanding best practices for managing access, retention, and compliance in Microsoft 365.
Roles and Responsibilities: Power BI:Develop and maintain insightful Power BI dashboards and reports for operational and business stakeholders.Create data models from SQL databases, Excel, cloud sources, or industrial platforms.Integrate real-time production data (from SCADA, MES, or IoT systems) into dashboards for visibility and analytics.SharePoint & Power Automate:Design and manage SharePoint Online sites and document libraries for project and team collaboration.Build automated workflows using Power Automate to improve business efficiency (e.g., approvals, alerts, data syncs).Connect SharePoint with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Power Apps to streamline day-to-day operations.Automation Systems & Data Integration:Work with OT/IT teams to ensure secure and reliable data flow between plant systems and business platforms.Support reporting for preventive maintenance, production KPIs, and quality tracking.
