Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve productivity.
Conduct quality checks on assembled products to meet industry standards.
Oversee assembly operations to ensure efficient production of electrical equipment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong understanding of PLC programming, HMI operation, circuit theory, sensors, control panel design, wiring techniques, electrical drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD), drives installation & maintenance, relay testing & troubleshooting, servo motors operation & maintenance.
Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electrical or related field (e.g., Electronics/Telecommunication).
5-10 years of experience in an industrial setting, preferably in the field of electrical equipment manufacturing.
