Assembly Operator

As an Assembly Operator at our company, you will play a crucial role in our production division. Your primary responsibility will be to work on the assembly line, ensuring the efficient production of products according to our designs and quality standards. This will involve various tasks such as production, inspection, packing, loading, and unloading of materials and finished products. You will be required to adhere to our problem-solving protocols, maintain compliance with safety regulations, and address any production issues that may arise. Your duties as an Assembly Operator will include following detailed instructions and blueprints to assemble products accurately, confirming the completeness of assembled items, upholding safety protocols during the assembly process, and troubleshooting any issues encountered during production. Additionally, you will be responsible for pausing production in case of quality defects or equipment malfunctions, documenting production activities and equipment maintenance, and using tools and equipment with diligence. The ideal candidate for this position should have knowledge of Tamil and English languages (proficiency in Hindi is advantageous) and should be either an ITI or Diploma fresher. The salary package for this role ranges from 15000-18000. The benefits offered include cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
